Today, we’ll explore the major Ribbon tabs one by one: Home, Insert, Formulas, Data, Review, and View. Along the way, I’ll explain what each tab means and give you real-world examples of when you’ll use them.




๐Ÿ  1. Home Tab

This is the most commonly used tab – your “everyday toolbox.”

Key Features:

  • Font styles, size, bold/italic/underline

  • Cell formatting (colors, borders, alignment)

  • Copy, paste, cut

  • Number formatting (currency, % etc.)

  • Sorting & filtering data
